Peak Transformation University™ is a private, standards-based educational institution that forms transformational coaches and leaders and, where applicable, supports approved certification and/or licensing pathways through an integrated methodology spanning personal, professional, and spiritual or purpose-driven growth.PTU is designed for people and organizations seeking more than inspiration alone, offering structured development, evaluation, and pathways for real-world application.

For most individuals, the primary way of entering PTU is through PTU’s Transformational Pathway. Within it, applicants typically discern between the Transformational Coach Pathway and the Transformational Leader Pathway before moving into the support structure that best fits their season, pace, and support needs.
This pathway exists because many people’s lives, leadership, work, and service are fragmented across the personal, professional, and spiritual or purpose-driven dimensions of life. PTU exists to support stronger formation, greater integration, and more coherent application across those dimensions.
